Cancer Council Australia: Designing for Clarity and Impact
Cancer Forum, the official journal of the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia, is produced by Cancer Council Australia to serve health professionals working in cancer control. This comprehensive publication provides a platform for debate and the exchange of insights on cancer research, treatment, prevention, and policy.
While working with Wolf Design in Sydney, I had the privilege of contributing to several editions of Cancer Forum, as well as designing annual reports and company brochures for the Cancer Council. The challenge was to transform dense, information-heavy content into engaging and accessible designs that effectively communicated key messages to a professional audience.
Deliverables That Stood Out
Cancer Forum Journals: Layouts designed to balance extensive medical and scientific content with clear, reader-friendly visuals.
Annual Reports: Structured to present data and achievements with precision and visual appeal.
Brochures: Designed to reflect the organization’s professionalism and dedication to cancer control.
Through meticulous attention to layout and typography, these materials delivered clarity, accessibility, and a professional polish, supporting the Cancer Council’s mission to advance cancer research, treatment, and awareness.
